The fabric is made of nylon semi-matt twill, the lining is made of rayon twill satin, a special embroidery machine uses 2200# washed cotton, and the cotton lining between the vertical strips is embroidered. The placket is made of laminated 1200# cotton, and the chapter is embroidered with a Tajima embroidery machine imported from Japan. The acetate twill satin is White as the base. The satin has high gloss and can be used as a rhinestone base to set off the light. The threads are more scattered, with a total of three groups of patterns forming a complete chapter pattern. The positions of the rhinestones are all restored according to the original position. The diamond templates are made by hand with a single specification and a single number of positions. Two specifications of imitation Austrian diamonds, 4 and 2 miles, are used. The rhinestones are manually brushed and filmed to make the hot rhinestone pattern. The hot rhinestone pattern is placed purely by hand. The corners are all positioned inside the embroidery black line. Constant-temperature and constant-time automatic pressing ensures wash fastness. The finished diamond chapter is hand-embroidered and pasted on the front panel.
